Waffles topped with tomato scrambled eggs, avocado and queso fresco

I prepared these creamy tomato scrambled eggs, made with eggs, tomatoes, onions, garlic, cumin, achiote or annatto, and cilantro, as a savory topping for waffles. I served them topped with avocado, queso fresco, and green onions or scallions.
