I am open to proposals for recipe development and consulting. However, my schedule is quite busy so I am very picky about the projects that I accept.
I don’t usually do product reviews, if I find a product (on my own) that I really like I will sometimes mention it in a recipe post. This is likely to be a hard to find Latin food product, some artisanal local food product that I personally enjoy, or in answer to a reader’s question about which brand I use. I receive many requests to review branded products and offers for free products, in some cases I am already using said brand in everyday cooking, but am not comfortable pushing or promoting specific brands to my readers. So, the chances of a successful PR product pitch are quite low and will only be done on rare occasions when I feel it will actually add value to my readers.
This is a personal blog and any opinions expressed about a specific brand, product or ingredient, are my own. Any post or product endorsement for which compensation (monetary or other) was received for will be clearly identified.
