Discovery Park is one of my favorite parks to visit in Seattle. It’s a 534 acre park located in the Magnolia neighborhood. It’s on the water and on clear day offers amazing views of the Olympic mountains and Mt Rainier. This park is very large and is great for non-intense hikes. There are several paths and parking lots, so you can choose a route that is good for you, your family and friends. You can also visit the Daybreak Star Cultural Center, a Native American cultural center. the And yes, this is a great place to take out of town guests so that they can admire the beauty of the Pacific Northwest….
