French style potatoes sautéed in butter
Recipe for French style whole potatoes sautéed in butter until golden and crispy. This simple French inspired side dish uses boiled whole potatoes, which are then peeled and pan sautéed in butter.
Servings 10 potatoes
- 10 Yukon gold potatoes washed
- Water for boiling potatoes
- 4 tbs butter
- Salt to taste
Boil the potatoes until tender, let cool down and peel the potatoes
Heat the butter in a large sauté pan and add the potatoes, cook until well browned on all sides.
Sprinkle with salt and serve.
