Pan seared lamb chops
Recipe for pan seared lamb chops. Quick and easy lamb chops seasoned with olive oil and herbs, then pan seared with garlic.
Ingredients

lamb chops
2
tbs
olive oil
1
tbs
herbes de Provence
or mix of thyme, rosemary, sage, and other dried herbs
1
small head of garlic
peeled
2
tbs
butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Suggested side dishes:
Ripe plantain puree
Quinoa salad
Instructions
Season the lamb chops with the olive oil, the dried herb mix, salt and pepper.
Melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium high heat.
Add the lamb chops and garlic cloves; cook until the chops are golden on each side.
Serve immediately.
