0.5oz of unflavored gelatin5 oz=14 grams=2 envelopes
2cupsof milk
4cupsof heavy cream
½cup– ¾ cup of sugaradjust to taste (use less if using semisweet chocolate)
6oz170 grams of unsweetened dark chocolate, in chips or cut into small chunks (I used Ecuadorian Hoja Verde Organic 100% Dark Chocolate)
