\/><\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;essaie aussi d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans ma cuisine toutes les d\u00e9licieuses choses que je trouve au march\u00e9 de producteurs. Donc, tandis que le plan initial \u00e9tait d&rsquo;utiliser des fraises pour la garniture, d\u00e8s que j\u2019ai vu les tiges rouge vif de rhubarbe, j\u2019ai tout de suite pens\u00e9 que je devais les rajouter, plus par curiosit\u00e9 car j&rsquo;ai entendu dire que les fraises et la rhubarbe se mariaient tr\u00e8s bien, mais je n\u2019avais jamais essay\u00e9 cette association auparavant. Bien s\u00fbr, la premi\u00e8re chose que j&rsquo;ai faite quand je suis rentr\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison, a \u00e9t\u00e9 de go\u00fbter un morceau de rhubarbe : quelle horreur ! C\u2019\u00e9tait si aigre, et pourtant \u00e7a m\u2019a rappel\u00e9 une petite plante qui poussait pr\u00e8s des cours d&rsquo;eau dans notre ferme en \u00c9quateur, cette plante avait de si petites et fines tiges rouge\u00e2tres que cela m\u2019a pouss\u00e9 pour je ne sais quelle raison \u00e0 les go\u00fbter.<\/p>\n<p>Elles \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s aigres et pourtant presque rafra\u00eechissantes, mais elles avaient un tel gout qu&rsquo;une personne normale n\u2019en aurait pas mang\u00e9. J&rsquo;\u00e9tais sceptique au d\u00e9but, mais puisque \u00abtout le monde\u00bb pensait que le m\u00e9lange rhubarbe-fraises et sucre \u00e9tait excellent alors je devais absolument l\u2019essayer. J\u2019ai donc coup\u00e9 un peu plus de rhubarbe, ajout\u00e9 quelques fraises coup\u00e9es, du sucre et j\u2019ai fait cuire le tout pendant quelques minutes, et \u00e7a avait en fait assez bon go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Recette des empanadas aux fraises\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/05\/Strawberry-empanadas.jpg\" alt=\"Recette des empanadas aux fraises\" width=\"535\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, je voulais cuire la rhubarbe et les fraises pour faire la garniture, mais quand j&rsquo;ai fait mes petits essais pour tester le go\u00fbt, j&rsquo;ai constat\u00e9 que les deux cuisaient tr\u00e8s vite, j\u2019en ai d\u00e9duit que la chaleur du four pendant qu&rsquo;ils cuisaient seule suffirait, donc je les ai juste m\u00e9lang\u00e9es avec du sucre, du jus d&rsquo;orange, de la ma\u00efzena et laiss\u00e9es tremper pendant une heure. J\u2019ai \u00e9goutt\u00e9 le m\u00e9lange de rhubarbe et de fraise pour enlever autant de liquide que possible, parce que je ne voulais pas que \u00e7a s\u2019\u00e9chappe, mais malgr\u00e9 cela et malgr\u00e9 les tentatives pour sceller les empanadas, du liquide s\u2019\u00e9chappait encore pendant qu&rsquo;elles cuisaient. Je m\u2019en sors beaucoup mieux \u00e0 emp\u00eacher le fromage des empanadas de s\u2019\u00e9chapper, mais je dois m\u2019entrainer encore sur celles faites avec des fruits. Ce n&rsquo;est pas vraiment un gros probl\u00e8me si les empanadas de fruits perdent de la sauce pendant leur cuisson, ce n\u2019est en fait qu\u2019un peu de jus qui coulent et les empanadas ont au final beaucoup de go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai servi ces empanadas \u00e0 la\u00a0fraise et rhubarbe accompagn\u00e9es de cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e au Grand Marnier, je dispose d\u2019un de ces siphons \u00e0 cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e aves lequel il suffit juste de m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients et de les mettre dans le r\u00e9cipient du siphon et en un tour de main c\u2019est pr\u00eat.
