C\u2019est aussi une excellente sauce pour y tremper du pain. Cette huile au basilic m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9e par le Pesto que ma m\u00e8re faisait quand j\u2019\u00e9tais enfant. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque il \u00e9tait assez difficile de trouver du parmesan ou des pignons de pin dans le sud de l\u2019\u00c9quateur, j\u2019ai donc grandi en mangeant cette version de Pesto plut\u00f4t liquide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe tellement de fa\u00e7ons d\u2019utiliser cette sauce&nbsp;: dans des salades en vinaigrette, en nappage sur de la viande ou du poisson grill\u00e9s, parsem\u00e9 sur un potage pour une explosion de saveur. Rajoutez-en \u00e0 des sandwiches au fromage grill\u00e9 ou des pizzas.
