Vous aurez une vue d\u00e9gag\u00e9e sur le Mont Rainer et les montagnes Olympiques au-dessus du Sound. Malheureusement, nous n&rsquo;avons pas toujours d\u2019aussi belles journ\u00e9es. Je veux dire que c&rsquo;est Seattle; et le printemps peut parfois \u00eatre une prolongation de l&rsquo;hiver. Cela dit, nous r\u00e9ussissons toujours \u00e0 avoir une vrai journ\u00e9e (ou deux) de printemps, \u00e7a semble enthousiasmer tout le monde. D&rsquo;abord les parcs sont pleins d&rsquo;enfants joyeux. Ensuite, les lieux de randonn\u00e9es les plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s sont bond\u00e9s. Tout restaurant poss\u00e9dant une vue sur l\u2019eau est d\u00e9bord\u00e9. Les march\u00e9s sont anim\u00e9s, c&rsquo;est un endroit incroyable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Toutes cette activit\u00e9 m&rsquo;inspire une cuisine qui soit color\u00e9e, tonifiante, saine, quelque chose que vous prendrez avec plaisir sur la terrasse ou en pique-nique. Mais en m\u00eame temps, je veux faire des plats qui puissent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s bien \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance et qui ne prennent pas trop de temps. Je souhaite garder un peu de temps pour faire de la randonn\u00e9e. Une salade ni\u00e7oise serait parfaite. Ses couleurs correspondent aux couleurs du printemps et contient une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de saveurs. Cette salade fran\u00e7aise classique originaire de Nice (suppos\u00e9) a beaucoup de versions. Mais la plupart contiennent du thon, des pommes de terre, des haricots verts, des \u0153ufs durs, des tomates, des olives ni\u00e7oises et des c\u00e2pres.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez du temps et que vous vouliez lui donner une touche de fra\u00eecheur utilisez du thon frais &#8211; grill\u00e9 ou po\u00eal\u00e9 &#8211; ou m\u00eame fumez-le vous-m\u00eame. Une des meilleures salades ni\u00e7oises que j\u2019ai jamais mang\u00e9e c\u2019\u00e9tait dans un petit restaurant fran\u00e7ais. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait la Brasserie Quatre, ils fumaient eux-m\u00eames leur thon et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait spectaculaire.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"font-size: 13px; line-height: 19px;\" title=\"On trouve aussi des avocats, de la laitue, des c\u00e2pres, et des olives.\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/05\/Nicoise-salad-recipe.jpg\" alt=\"On trouve aussi des avocats, de la laitue, des c\u00e2pres, et des olives.\" width=\"533\" height=\"800\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, j&rsquo;ai d\u00fb m\u2019amuser \u00e0 bousculer un classique en ajoutant quelques ingr\u00e9dients non traditionnels \u00e0 ma salade ni\u00e7oise. Tranches d&rsquo;avocat, oignons marin\u00e9s dans du citron vert, et oui, de la coriandre et des piments Serrano dans la vinaigrette. Cette salade ni\u00e7oise est \u00e9galement id\u00e9ale pour les f\u00eates. Les salades sont incontournables chaque fois que j&rsquo;ai un d\u00e9jeuner ou un d\u00eener de f\u00eate. J&rsquo;aime avoir un grand plat de salade qui soit color\u00e9 et app\u00e9tissant. Les gens devraient \u00eatre heureux de manger des salades.<\/p>\n<p>Puisque je l\u2019ai servie sur un plateau, je ne voulais pas que les gens se demandent comment remuer la salade. Donc, j&rsquo;ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9 une partie de la vinaigrette avec la salade et les pommes de terre avant de les disposer sur le plateau \u00e0 salade.<\/p>\n<p>Les quantit\u00e9s de cette salade
