En Colombie il est appel\u00e9 Arequipa. Tout au sud de l&rsquo;Argentine, o\u00f9 tout le monde (je l&rsquo;esp\u00e8re) appr\u00e9cie le dulce de leche, caramel de lait. En \u00c9quateur, le dulce de leche est \u00e9galement connu sous le nom de Manjar de leche ou manjar blanco. Le mot manjar se traduit par met sp\u00e9cial ou d\u00e9licatesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le caramel au lait est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du lait cru et de panela &nbsp;ou piloncillo. Cela lui donne un go\u00fbt assez fort, que je n&rsquo;aimais pas vraiment \u00e9tant gamine. Lors de notre derni\u00e8re visite en France, nous passions du temps en montagne. De nombreux produits laitiers sont fabriqu\u00e9s l\u00e0 bas, principalement \u00e0 partir de lait cru frais.
