Le g\u00e2teau renvers\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ananas \u00e9tait mon dessert pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 quand j\u2019\u00e9tais enfant et c&rsquo;est celui que je voulais souvent pour mon anniversaire. Avant, je pensais que les g\u00e2teaux renvers\u00e9s n\u2019\u00e9taient qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ananas, puis je me suis rendue compte qu\u2019on pouvait y incorporer n\u2019importe quels fruits. Je me suis inspir\u00e9e de la recette de g\u00e2teau au yaourt de mon amie Rossana pour ce dessert.
