Une chose \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer est que l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 contenue dans les framboises cr\u00e9era une couche fine suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 celle du caramel. \u00c7a n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;impact sur la texture ou le go\u00fbt. Si vous recherchez une texture plus proche de celle de la cr\u00e8me brul\u00e9e classique, remplacez les framboises fraiches par la confiture de framboises. Une autre id\u00e9e est d&rsquo;ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de maizena aux framboises pendant qu&rsquo;elles mac\u00e8rent. <\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
