Mange ta soupe. Tu veux grandir ? Mange ta soupe. Tu veux devenir plus grande, plus maigre, plus intelligente etc. ? Mange ta soupe ! Tu veux du dessert ? Mange ta soupe. Tu veux sortir et jouer dehors ? Mange ta soupe. D\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes tels que des poivrons ou du c\u00e9leri peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s selon la soupe \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Ensuite on ajoute les \u00e9pices qui seront utilis\u00e9es pour la r\u00e9alisation de la soupe. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement j\u2019utilise du cumin et du roucou en poudre pour mon refrito. Les pommes de terre et la coriandre ajoutent \u00e0 la fabuleuse saveur de cette soupe qui me rappelle les soupes de mon enfance. Bien sur, il ne manquera pas l\u2019avocat et la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/sauce-piquante-equatorienne-aji-criollo\/\">sauce piquante<\/a>, comme dans tant de soupes
