Cette soupe typique des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res d\u2019\u00c9quateur est constitu\u00e9e de boulettes faites de plantain vert et fourr\u00e9es de viande et de l\u00e9gumes dans du bouillon de b\u0153uf servi avec du ma\u00efs et du manioc. Et bien c\u2019est exactement ce que je ressentais \u00e0 propos de cette soupe, et toute les fois que je la fait j\u2019essaie de me rem\u00e9morer les saveurs de la premi\u00e8re fois. Arriver au go\u00fbt id\u00e9al n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus compliqu\u00e9, le plus dur c\u2019\u00e9tait que les boulettes restent enti\u00e8res. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 par faire le m\u00e9lange au presse pur\u00e9e mais elles \u00e9taient pas assez lisses, donc la fois suivante, j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 le mixer, cela a \u00e9tait bien meilleur (et plus rapide), mais les boulettes \u00e9taient tr\u00e8s fragiles, donc je d\u00e9cidai de rajouter des \u0153ufs, cela a am\u00e9liorer grandement les choses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"802\" height=\"1000\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Presentation-soupe-de-plantain-et-mais.jpg\" alt=\"Pr\u00e9sentation de la soupe de plantain et ma\u00efs\" class=\"wp-image-3793\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Presentation-soupe-de-plantain-et-mais.jpg 802w, https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Presentation-soupe-de-plantain-et-mais-513x640.jpg 513w, https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Presentation-soupe-de-plantain-et-mais-768x958.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 802px) 100vw, 802px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>La farce des boulettes \u00e9tant faite de viande, carottes, ainsi que la base saut\u00e9e (refrito ou sofrito) de poivrons tomates, ail, \u00e9pices, beurre de cacahu\u00e8tes raisins secs et \u0153ufs durs. Nicolas, le mari, n\u2019\u00e9tait pas un fan des raisins ni des \u0153ufs durs, donc parfois si je veux \u00eatre gentille je ne les inclus pas, \u00e0 vous de d\u00e9cider. J\u2019ai aussi essay\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser les arachides grill\u00e9es ou le beurre d\u2019arachides et j\u2019ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 cette derni\u00e8re solution en plus d\u2019\u00eatre plus simple a utiliser. Pour le refrito j\u2019ai essayer de mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients au mixer et de les ajouter au bouillon ou de les couper en petits morceaux et de les faire revenir dans une sauteuse avant de les mettre dans le bouillon, cette derni\u00e8re m\u00e9thode est la plus go\u00fbteuse, la premi\u00e8re a l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre rapide est facile \u00e0 filtrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Bouillon-sud-Americain-de-bananes-vertes-avec-viande.jpg\" alt=\"Bouillon sud Am\u00e9ricain de bananes vertes avec viande\" class=\"wp-image-3794\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Bouillon-sud-Americain-de-bananes-vertes-avec-viande.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Bouillon-sud-Americain-de-bananes-vertes-avec-viande-640x427.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Bouillon-sud-Americain-de-bananes-vertes-avec-viande-768x513.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Pour le bouillon j\u2019ai d\u2019abord utilis\u00e9 de la viande avec des os telles que la basse cote, et ensuite de la viande de pot au feu et des os ou parement, c\u2019est cette derni\u00e8re qui a retenu ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence car les os donnent un bon go\u00fbt et il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9piauter la viande pour retirer les os. J\u2019ai aussi utilis\u00e9 une combinaison de bouillon cubes (l\u00e9gumes et viande) ou de l\u2019eau tout simplement, la diff\u00e9rence n\u2019\u00e9tait pas notable mais je trouve que le bouillon fait avec les os est plus \u00ab naturel \u00bb de go\u00fbt.<br>Une fois les boulettes assembl\u00e9es, le bouillon est filtr\u00e9 dans une passoire, et vous devez r\u00e9chauffer le bouillon, ensuite r\u00e9duire le feu et avec beaucoup d\u2019amour plonger les boulettes, il faut \u00e9viter que le bouillon se remette \u00e0 bouillonner et surtout ne pas mettre les morceaux de l\u00e9gumes tel que le manioc, chose que j\u2019avais fait la premi\u00e8re fois ayant comme r\u00e9sultat la destruction des boulettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"801\" height=\"1200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Soupe-d-Amerique-Latine-aux-plantains.jpg\" alt=\"Soupe d'Am\u00e9rique Latine aux plantains\" class=\"wp-image-3795\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Soupe-d-Amerique-Latine-aux-plantains.jpg 801w, https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Soupe-d-Amerique-Latine-aux-plantains-427x640.jpg 427w, https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Soupe-d-Amerique-Latine-aux-plantains-768x1151.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/Soupe-d-Amerique-Latine-aux-plantains-684x1024.jpg 684w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 801px) 100vw, 801px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Si la soupe est l\u2019entr\u00e9e vous ne mettrez qu\u2019une boulette par personne, cependant si c\u2019est le plat principal c\u2019est deux boulettes dans chaque assiette, bien sur cela d\u00e9pend de la taille des boulettes, vous pouvez les faire plus petites (de la taille d\u2019une balle de golf) ou plus grandes (de la taille d\u2019une balle de tennis) selon votre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence. J\u2019ai servi cette soupe avec des tranches de citron vert, des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/oignons-marines-citron-vert\/\">oignons marin\u00e9s<\/a> et de la <a
