Elle est faite de quinoa cuit dans un bouillon de fruits de mer, et saut\u00e9 avec des crevettes, des clams, des calamars, des saint jacques, de l\u2019oignon, de l\u2019ail, du poivron, de la coriandre et des \u00e9pices. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile de trouver un nom pour ce plat. Je me suis inspir\u00e9e du riz marini\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quateur qui est typique de la r\u00e9gion c\u00f4ti\u00e8re, mais le quinoa est plus tendre que le riz utilis\u00e9 dans la paella. Il faut ajouter aussi que je me suis inspir\u00e9e d\u2019un risotto au fruit de mer. La premi\u00e8re impression de mes amis lorsque ils ont d\u00e9couvert ce plat, ils m\u2019ont dit que cela leur rappelait une paella classique.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Le quinoa a absorb\u00e9 les saveurs des fruits de mer et des \u00e9pices, je dirai m\u00eame, mieux que le riz. J\u2019ai finalement opt\u00e9 pour \u00ab&nbsp;quinoa au fruit de mer&nbsp;\u00bb car le plat se marie parfaitement avec les autres ingr\u00e9dients. Les accompagnements qui sont traditionnellement offerts avec le riz aux fruits de mer sont nombreux. Les plantains m\u00fbrs frits, la salade d\u2019oignons et tomates marin\u00e9s, l\u2019avocat, les tranches de citron vert et la sauce piquante. Un bon verre de bi\u00e8re ou de pinot blanc sont hautement recommand\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J\u2019ai laiss\u00e9 les carapaces des crevettes car cela ajoute plus de go\u00fbt au quinoa. Je l\u2019avais pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour une f\u00eate avec des bons copains. Mais si vous le faites pour quelque chose de plus formel, je ne pense pas que les invit\u00e9s veuillent se salir les doigts \u00e0 peler les crevettes. Seul mon mari fran\u00e7ais est capable de les peler avec un couteau et une fourchette une fois qu&rsquo;elles sont cuites. Je vous recommande de peler les crevettes avant de servir.
