Quand j&rsquo;\u00e9tais petite, avant que le quinoa ne devienne populaire, ma m\u00e8re en ajoutait dans de nombreux plats et soupes. Ajouter du quinoa donne de la consistance et rend la soupe plus \u00e9paisse, en plus de ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s nutritives. A l&rsquo;\u00e9poque j&rsquo;en mangeais cuit sans accompagnement, mais \u00e9videmment avec des \u00e9pices et d&rsquo;autres ingr\u00e9dients tout prend plus de go\u00fbt. Cette soupe, moins connue, faite avec du b\u0153uf, pommes de terre, petits pois et ressemble \u00e0 des soupes \u00e9quatoriennes qui utilisent d\u2019autre graines telles que l\u2019orge, l\u2019avoine ou ma\u00efs concass\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cette soupe vous pouvez utiliser soit du quinoa cru et lav\u00e9, ou du quinoa cuit. On peut aussi customiser la soupe avec d\u2019autres l\u00e9gumes ou en utilisant du porc ou du poulet. Au moment du service je l\u2019accompagne d\u2019avocats (qui l\u2019e\u00fbt cru!), quelque oignons marin\u00e9s et de la sauce piquante ou \u00ab aji \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div
