Les patacones, tostones, chips \u00e9paisses sont tr\u00e8s faciles \u00e0 faire et il \u00e9tait temps que je les mette sur le post car j\u2019en avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 parl\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs Ils restent parfaitement croustillant sur l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur mais moelleux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Contrairement \u00e0 ceux qui sont frits par deux fois, ils gardent cette texture m\u00eame quand ils sont froids. En fait, Ramon les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re quand ils commencent \u00e0 avoir quelques points jaunes car ils se cassent plus difficilement lors de l\u2019\u00e9crasement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par contre faites attention de ne pas les prendre trop m\u00fbrs car vous aurez des patacones, tostones, chips \u00e9paisses sucr\u00e9es. Les patacones sont des snacks parfaits, surtout par un jour ensoleill\u00e9, seuls ou avec des sauces et aussi comme accompagnement de ceviches, des plats de fruits de mer et presque tous les plats.
