Je ne me lasserai jamais de pr\u00e9parer des recettes avec ces ingr\u00e9dients. Ces galettes de banane plantain fourr\u00e9es au fromage se pr\u00e9parent avec une p\u00e2te au plantain vert, plus ou moins celle que j\u2019utilise pour les chaussons au plantain vert. La seule diff\u00e9rence est que j\u2019ajoute \u00e9ventuellement un plantain vert frit. Quant \u00e0&nbsp;ceux qui vivent aux U.S.A ou en Europe, les plantains verts sont rarement verts, aussi j\u2019ajoute un \u0153uf \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de la p\u00e2te pour obtenir une bonne consistance. Je reconnais que ce n\u2019est pas la mani\u00e8re traditionnelle de pr\u00e9parer cette galette ou g\u00e2teau vert, mais c\u2019est un de mes \u00ab trucs de fain\u00e9ante \u00bb qui est bien utile, parfois. Cette p\u00e2te de plantain vert est tr\u00e8s simple, il y a quelques variantes comme ajouter un peu de sauce tomate ou de roucou, pour la couleur ou un peu de cacahou\u00e8tes moulues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces galettes vertes sont fourr\u00e9es au fromage et se cuisinent ensuite sur la plancha, ou sont frites \u00e0 la po\u00eale jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00eatre bien dor\u00e9es. Personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re un remplissage au fromage, mais ce peut \u00eatre du chorizo, de la t\u00eate de porc ou des fruits de mer, ce dont vous avez envie. J\u2019aime servir ces galettes de banane plantain fourr\u00e9es au fromage avec diff\u00e9rentes sauces comme l\u2019aji (que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re), il sera cr\u00e9ole, de la c\u00f4te, ou de tamarillo. C\u2019est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bon avec une variante d\u2019oignons ou d\u2019oignons et tomates. R\u00e9cemment, je les ai servies avec une sauce cr\u00e9meuse d\u2019avocats un peu plus liquide qu\u2019un guacamole. Si vous n\u2019avez pas de robot, vous pourrez \u00e9craser ou r\u00e2pez les plantains cuits avec une r\u00e2pe et m\u00e9langer le tout avec l\u2019\u0153uf (l\u00e9g\u00e8rement battu) et le beurre. Si j\u2019utilise le robot alimentaire, sortir la p\u00e2te et posez la dans un grand r\u00e9cipient, Frotter ses mains avec un peu de beurre ou d\u2019huile. Ajouter le plantain cru finement r\u00e2p\u00e9, une demie cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e de sel, ou une enti\u00e8re selon la taille des plantains et aussi son go\u00fbt personnel. Avec les mains travailler la p\u00e2te jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit souple.
