C&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire, le m\u00e9lange de deux styles. Le poke est une entr\u00e9e compos\u00e9e d\u2019ingr\u00e9dients crus qui rappelle le poisson cru tahitien. Il se pr\u00e9pare avec du thon (cru et de qualit\u00e9 sashimi), oignons, sauce soja et autres condiments. C\u2019est un plat que j\u2019adore et je l\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert quand je suis all\u00e9e vivre sur la c\u00f4te pacifique au nord ouest des Etats Unis. Il y a un moment que j\u2019avais envie de pr\u00e9parer un ceviche au style \u00ab poke hawa\u00efen \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce ceviche de thon et saumon style hawa\u00efen Poke, les poissons doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s frais (les deux qualit\u00e9 sashimi). Ensuite, on les met \u00e0 mariner dans un m\u00e9lange de sauce soja, de gingembre, aji ou petit piment chile hach\u00e9, huile et ciboulette. Le jus de citron, typique des ceviche, se met au moment de servir. L\u00e0, nous avons r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer ce ceviche de thon et saumon style hawa\u00efen Poke. Nous voulions pr\u00e9parer quelque chose qui rende hommage \u00e0 l\u2019influence asiatique \u00e0 Seattle. Pour ce style \u00ab poke hawa\u00efen \u00bb je voulais donc garder les couleurs vibrantes et les saveurs tellement fra\u00eeches du thon et du saumon. La touche d\u2019oignons en variante lui donne \u00e9galement cette fra\u00eecheur que l\u2019on attend d\u2019un ceviche. Cependant, si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez une saveur plus citronn\u00e9e, vous pourrez ajouter dans la marinade de sauce soja un peu de citron et d\u2019oignons en rondelles.<\/p>\n<h2>Photos \u00e9tape
