Elle est d&rsquo;ailleurs particuli\u00e8rement populaire avec les amis qui l&rsquo;ont go\u00fbt\u00e9e. La premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai fait la recette \u00e9tait pour une amie br\u00e9silienne qui me l&rsquo;avait demand\u00e9, et elle a beaucoup aim\u00e9. La fa\u00e7on la plus typique et facile de faire cette recette (comme beaucoup d&rsquo;autres d&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Sud) est d&rsquo;utiliser du lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9. Ce fut le cas la premi\u00e8re fois que j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 ce dessert. J&rsquo;avais trouv\u00e9 cela bon, sans plus, cependant le go\u00fbt s&rsquo;\u00e9tait am\u00e9lior\u00e9 en ajoutant une cuill\u00e8re de pulpe de fruit de la passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/Mousse-au-fruit-de-la-passion.jpg\" alt=\"Mousse au fruit de la passion\" class=\"wp-image-3426\" title=\"Mousse au fruit de la passion\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>En combinant ensuite de la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e, cela me rappela les go\u00fbts de mon enfance en \u00c9quateur. J&rsquo;avais trouv\u00e9 ce que je cherchais obtenir dans une mousse de fruit de la passion. La seconde tentative fut bien meilleure. J&rsquo;ai \u00e9limin\u00e9 le lait concentr\u00e9 et l&rsquo;ai remplac\u00e9 avec de la cr\u00e8me liquide, en utilisant \u00e9galement des fruits de la passion frais. Bien meilleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturellement c&rsquo;est une question de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Certaines personnes raffolent du lait concentr\u00e9 sucr\u00e9 et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rerons cet ingr\u00e9dient. Vous pouvez m\u00eame m\u00e9langer le lait concentr\u00e9 avec la cr\u00e8me liquide et faire moiti\u00e9-moiti\u00e9. C&rsquo;est sans exag\u00e9ration, en particulier le village de Vilcabamba ou mes parents habitent. Du coup, on trouve ce fruit partout sur les march\u00e9s a des prix tr\u00e8s bas (moins d&rsquo;$1 ou 1 Euro pour une bonne poign\u00e9e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La o\u00f9 nous habitons, aux Etats Unis, c&rsquo;est le contraire. Possiblement vous serez dans le m\u00eame cas que nous si vous \u00eates en Europe ou en Am\u00e9rique du Nord. Les fruits de la passions sont non seulement difficiles \u00e0 trouver, mais ils sont petits et co\u00fbtent bien plus cher, $2-3 pour un petit fruit. Une trouvaille que nous avons fait sont les magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en produits latins et sud am\u00e9ricains, qui les vendent congel\u00e9s. Vous pouvez les trouver soit en jus concentr\u00e9, soit juste la pulpe. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on utilise dans la plupart des cas. Il n&rsquo;y a pas de comparaison entre les produits frais et les surgel\u00e9s, mais ces derniers font bien l&rsquo;affaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai utilise du concentr\u00e9 de jus (sans sucre) ainsi que des fruits frais pour la d\u00e9coration et pour garnir. J&rsquo;ai aussi ajout\u00e9 de la pulpe dans la pr\u00e9paration de la mousse pour lui donner plus de saveur. Un accompagnement pour la mousse inclue la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e ainsi que du sorbet au fruit (a votre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence).
