Un grand favori de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, tous ceux qui en ont mang\u00e9 par un jour chaud d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 savent combien il peut \u00eatre rafra\u00eechissant. Une des choses que j\u2019adore, ce sont toutes les garnitures qu\u2019on peut y ajouter. Traditionnellement sont ajout\u00e9s en brunoise des morceaux de poivrons, concombre, \u0153ufs durs et croutons. Personnellement j\u2019adore inclure des avocats, en tranches ou en brunoise. Pour un effet plus moderne, j\u2019ai aussi essay\u00e9 de le servir avec un sorbet d\u2019avocat et de concombre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019aime faire une salade rapide avec poivrons, concombre, oignons, coriandre au citron vert, et l\u2019utiliser comme garniture au lieu des morceaux de l\u00e9gumes traditionnels. Je trouve aussi que les oignons marin\u00e9s ou ceux marin\u00e9s dans du citron vert en font une garniture id\u00e9ale pour cette soupe de tomate froide. Le gaspacho, ou gazpacho, est aussi servi avec des tartines de pain frott\u00e9es a d\u2019ail sur le cot\u00e9. Les tranches de pain sont grill\u00e9es ou frites dans une po\u00eale avec du beurre.
