Aussi, quand je cuisine \u00e0 la maison je ne suis pas affam\u00e9e avant l\u2019heure du d\u00e9jeuner ou du d\u00eener (parce que j\u2019ai tout go\u00fbt\u00e9) donc je n\u2019ai pas tendance \u00e0 manger trop. M\u00eame mon mari fanatique de sport (et donc de f\u00e9culents) trouve que cette salade le nourrit assez. Et contrairement au combo hamburger\/frites\/coca vous ne vous direz pas \u00ab&nbsp;mais pourquoi j\u2019ai mang\u00e9 \u00e7a&nbsp;?!&nbsp;\u00bb juste apr\u00e8s avoir fini. &nbsp;Cette salade de
