La deuxi\u00e8me fa\u00e7on de faire, appel\u00e9e la m\u00e9thode paresseuse de Laylita, est de mettre les goyaves directement dans le robot, de mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient r\u00e9duites en pur\u00e9e, puis de filtrer. Si vous faites des espumillas \u00e0 partir d\u2019autres fruits qui n\u2019ont pas la m\u00eame texture, vous aurez besoin d\u2019ajouter de la g\u00e9latine \u00e0 la pulpe de fruit. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les cr\u00e8mes tr\u00e8s mousseuses vendues dans la rue contiennent souvent de la g\u00e9latine. En revanche, les espumillas maison ne contiennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de g\u00e9latine, car c\u2019est plut\u00f4t un dessert \u00e0 manger imm\u00e9diatement. Les espumillas vendues dans la rue contiennent souvent des colorants qui donnent aux mousses une couleur cr\u00e8me.
