Cette sauce sucr\u00e9e se marie \u00e0 merveille avec la dinde mais aussi le porc, le poulet et le canard, faisant d\u2019elle une sauce tr\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0pluridisciplinaire\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les prunes sont marin\u00e9es dans du vin rouge et du porto pour une nuit. Puis les faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient fondues et obtenir l\u2019aspect d\u2019une sauce, avec des \u00e9chalotes et du vinaigre balsamique. Les \u00e9chalotes et le porto font ressortir le sucr\u00e9 des pruneaux, contrebalanc\u00e9 par le c\u00f4t\u00e9 acidul\u00e9 du vinaigre balsamique. J\u2019ai essay\u00e9 de la faire uniquement en n\u2019utilisant que du porto, mais cela \u00e9tait trop sucr\u00e9, le fait d\u2019ajouter du vin rouge aide \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un tr\u00e8s bon \u00e9quilibre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous n\u2019avez ni porto ni vin rouge on peut les remplacer par un bouillon de b\u0153uf gouteux, il faudra alors ajouter du sucre et un peu plus de vinaigre balsamique. Cette sauce peut se pr\u00e9parer et \u00eatre r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019avance.
