Cette fois ci j\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 des empanadas v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes aux asperges avec des f\u00e8ves, petits pois frais, fromage de ch\u00e8vre et du thym. J\u2019adore faire les march\u00e9s et remplir \u00e0 ras bord mon panier de d\u00e9licieux l\u00e9gumes et fruits de saison. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement je n\u2019y vais pas avec des id\u00e9es pr\u00e9con\u00e7ues en ce qui concerne la cuisine. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement on en trouve toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, je les en appr\u00e9cie davantage car elles sont saisonni\u00e8res aux US. J\u2019adore les petits pois ( souvent on voit des femmes \u00e9quatoriennes portant des paniers pleins de petits poix \u00e9coss\u00e9s pour les vendre dans les rues). Personnellement, ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence va pour la sauce chimichurri balsamique qui se marie \u00e0 merveille avec le remplissage. \u00a0Pour la p\u00e2te des chaussons vous pouvez la r\u00e9aliser ou acheter la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e congel\u00e9e et d\u00e9couper \u00e0 l\u2019emporte pi\u00e8ce des disques de 10 \u00e0 15 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image cuiller\u00e9e de farce sur le milieu de chaque disque \u00e0 empanada. La quantit\u00e9 de garniture varie en fonction de la taille de l&#8217;empanada, mais en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il est plus facile de refermer un empanada qui n&rsquo;est trop garni. Aussi, plus vous faites d\u2019empanadas, plus il vous sera facile de les garnir au maximum tout en les refermant correctement.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3888-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pour refermer les empanadas, plier le disque et souder les bords en appuyant sur la p\u00e2te avec vos doigts. S\u2019il vous est difficile de souder les bords, vous pouvez badigeonner l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des bords \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un pinceau  avec du blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf, il agira comme colle pour les empanadas. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser une fourchette pour souder les bords, appuyez simplement avec le haut de la fourchette sur les bords. Pour la repulgue ou churito, le joint de type boucle, utilisez vos doigts pour tourner la boucle sur les bords. Il existe aussi des moules \u00e0 empanada que vous pouvez acheter qui vous aideront \u00e0 souder les empanadas.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3888-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pour de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, je recommande de mettre les empanadas au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 30 minutes avant de les cuire &#8211; cela leur permettra de mieux se refermer et emp\u00eachera la garniture de s&rsquo;\u00e9chapper.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3888-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Si vous voulez que vos empanadas aient un bel aspect dor\u00e9, alors vous pouvez les badigeonner d\u2019\u0153uf (un \u0153uf entier battu ou bien juste un jaune d&rsquo;\u0153uf et quelques gouttes d&rsquo;eau battus ensemble).<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-3888-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cuire les empanadas dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9. Je cuis les empanadas de plus petite taille \u00e0 190\u00b0C.
