Les bananes vertes donnent \u00e0 la soupe un go\u00fbt plus subtil et une texture plus velout\u00e9e que les bananes plantain vertes. Elle m\u2019a donn\u00e9 ses astuces pour \u00eatre s\u00fbre de r\u00e9ussir parfaitement cette soupe aux bananes vertes. Tout d\u2019abord, \u00a0il est imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019\u00e9plucher et couper les bananes sous le robinet d\u2019eau pour \u00e9viter que les bananes ne noircissent et que leur s\u00e8ve gluante ne colle \u00e0 vos doigts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une autre astuce de Marialicia est de ne mettre les d\u00e9s de bananes dans l\u2019eau qu\u2019une fois que celle-ci bout. Elle recommande de les mettre dans l\u2019eau bouillante par lots et de laisser \u00e0 l\u2019eau le temps de bouillir \u00e0 nouveau avant d\u2019ajouter le lot suivant. Cela \u00e9vitera aux bananes de noircir. Comme beaucoup de plats traditionnels, il existe de nombreuses variantes de cette soupe. La plus connue est appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0arvejas con guineo\u00a0\u00bb et contient des pois cass\u00e9s. Une autre variante, qu\u2019on appelle \u00ab\u00a0Repe mestizo\u00a0\u00bb est faite avec des pommes de terre.
