Nico aime regarder TV5, une cha\u00eene fran\u00e7aise qui programme principalement les informations et des \u00e9missions de divertissement. L\u2019autre jour, il regardait une \u00e9mission culturelle et de voyage qui avait une partie sur la cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Je ne faisais pas vraiment attention car je v\u00e9rifiais mes emails et Facebook (mon addiction), mais quand j\u2019ai entendu parler de framboises et de canard, j\u2019ai lev\u00e9 la t\u00eate et regard\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9mission. Le cuisinier \u00e9tait en train de faire sauter des magrets de canards et y ajoutait des \u00e9chalotes, de la bi\u00e8re \u00e0 la framboise, de la pur\u00e9e (ou du sirop) de framboise ainsi que de la cr\u00e8me. J\u2019ai not\u00e9 cela dans mon carnet d\u2019id\u00e9es de recettes (j\u2019ai toujours sur moi un petit carnet dans lequel je note les id\u00e9es de nouvelles recettes \u00e0 essayer) puis je l\u2019ai oubli\u00e9e pendant un bon moment. Le jour o\u00f9 j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019essayer cette recette, la seule chose que j\u2019ai trouv\u00e9e dans mon carnet \u00e9tait une courte note disant : canard en sauce framboise, n\u00e9cessite \u00e9chalotes, bouillon de canard, bi\u00e8re \u00e0 la framboise, sirop de fruits ou pur\u00e9e de framboise, cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nous n\u2019avions pas les quantit\u00e9s exactes mais je savais que tous ces ingr\u00e9dients iraient tr\u00e8s bien ensemble, et j\u2019aimais l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019utiliser de la bi\u00e8re \u00e0 la framboise dans la recette. \u00c9videmment, je n\u2019ai pas trouv\u00e9 de bouillon de canard au supermarch\u00e9 et je n\u2019avais aucune envie de passer plusieurs heures \u00e0 en faire, pour une recette qui mettrait moins de 30 minutes \u00e0 faire. J\u2019imagine que j\u2019aurais pu utiliser du bouillon de poulet \u00e0 la place mais j\u2019ai finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas utiliser de bouillon du tout.<\/p>\n\n<div
