Comme tout le monde, nous mangeons beaucoup de riz et de p\u00e2tes, mais parfois j\u2019ai besoin de quelque chose de diff\u00e9rent et le quinoa est une bonne alternative : il cuit rapidement et il est tr\u00e8s nutritif. Il est possible de faire un quinoa basique mais il est aussi possible d\u2019y ajouter d\u2019autres ingr\u00e9dients (comme on le ferait avec du riz, de la semoule ou des p\u00e2tes) pour le rendre En revanche, en \u00c9quateur, il n\u2019est pas vendu sous cette forme et je me rappelle que nous devions le trier pour enlever les salet\u00e9s et petits cailloux puis le rincer plusieurs fois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau de rin\u00e7age soit claire. Sans le rin\u00e7age, le quinoa avait un go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s amer. Donc si vous avez le choix, je vous recommande vivement d\u2019acheter du quinoa d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9lav\u00e9.\u00a0Les tomatilles sont des fruits acidul\u00e9s qui ressemblent \u00e0 de petites tomates vertes \u2013 parfois avec une touche de violet \u2013 qui sont utilis\u00e9es principalement dans des plats mexicains et le plus souvent pour la sauce verte que l\u2019on mange avec les chips dans les restaurants mexicains.\u00a0Pour cette recette du quinoa en sauce tomatilles, j\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 une sauce avec des tomatilles et du coriandre et je les ai m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 du quinoa cuit.
