Cependant nous avons fini par aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un de ces petits villages \u00e0 deux heures de route. La plupart du chemin \u00e9tait en pente, il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait donc pas tr\u00e8s difficile \u00e0 parcourir. Mais puisque nous ne nous \u00e9tions pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 faire un si long chemin, nous n&rsquo;avions \u00e9galement pas pr\u00e9vu d&#8217;emporter de l&rsquo;argent avec nous (nous avions moins d&rsquo;un dollar en tout). Le temps d&rsquo;arriver au village nous \u00e9tions d\u00e9j\u00e0 affam\u00e9s. Bien entendu \u00e0 peine \u00e9tions-nous arriv\u00e9s que d\u00e9j\u00e0 l&rsquo;odeur de la fritada chatouillait nos narines. Nous avions assez d&rsquo;argent pour en acheter quelques morceaux que nous avons ensuite partag\u00e9. C&rsquo;\u00e9tait incroyable.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Le principal et incontournable accompagnement pour la fritada varie d&rsquo;un lieu \u00e0 un autre mais il contient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du yuca, du ma\u00efs en grains ou en bouillie, des bananes plantain m\u00fbres frites, de la sauce curtido \u00e0 la tomate et \u00e0 l&rsquo;oignon et de la sauce piquante aji criollo. Les autres accompagnements qui peuvent \u00eatre servis contiennent du riz blanc \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quatorienne, du llapingachos ou galettes de pommes de terre, des pommes de terre bouillies, des
