La Guatita est l&rsquo;un de ces plats qui provoquent des r\u00e9actions pr\u00e9visibles : 1) si vous y avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 go\u00fbt\u00e9, alors rien qu\u2019en le voyant vous en aurez l\u2019eau \u00e0 la bouche 2) si vous n&rsquo;en avez jamais mang\u00e9 auparavant et que vous n\u2019aimiez pas l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de manger l&rsquo;estomac ou les tripes de vache ou si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 mang\u00e9 des tripes mais cuisin\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente et que vous n\u2019avez pas aimez, alors vous pouvez dire beurk. Enfin 3) si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 mang\u00e9 des tripes et que vous avez aim\u00e9, alors vous pourriez \u00eatre tent\u00e9s d&rsquo;essayer ce plat. J&rsquo;ai mang\u00e9 les tripes dans d&rsquo;autres plats et j&rsquo;ai bien aim\u00e9, mais c&rsquo;est un des aliments que je ne peux manger qu\u2019en petites quantit\u00e9s parce que leur go\u00fbt est assez fort. Cependant, les tripes pr\u00e9par\u00e9es de cette fa\u00e7on dans une sauce de pommes de terre et d&rsquo;arachides avec du riz et des oignons marin\u00e9s sont tout simplement incroyables et je pourrais en manger en grandes quantit\u00e9s. Les tripes sont cuites au pr\u00e9alable puis coup\u00e9es en tr\u00e8s petits morceaux, ainsi, vous ne serez pas incommod\u00e9s par le go\u00fbt tr\u00e8s particulier et fort qu&rsquo;elles ont et leur saveur se marie au go\u00fbt de la sauce de pomme de terre et d&rsquo;arachide. Dans chaque ville, il y a des restaurants connus pour \u00eatre les meilleurs endroits pour manger de la Guatita, et si vous passez par ces restaurants un samedi ou un dimanche matin, vous les trouverez tous complet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3802 size-full\" title=\"Un rago\u00fbt facile de pr\u00e9paration et d\u00e9licieux: la guatita\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/03\/Guatita-or-tripe-stew.jpg\" alt=\"Un rago\u00fbt facile de pr\u00e9paration et d\u00e9licieux: la guatita\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ma m\u00e8re, durant sa p\u00e9riode v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, pr\u00e9parait ce plat avec du seitan ou de la viande de bl\u00e9 aux prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u00e0 une des rares fa\u00e7ons de nous faire manger ce plat et c&rsquo;\u00e9tait principalement parce que la sauce de pommes de terre et d&rsquo;arachides \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s savoureuse. Donc, si vous recherchez une alternative aux tripes, vous pouvez les remplacer par d&rsquo;autres ingr\u00e9dients, je l\u2019ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 avec du thon (un de ces jours que j\u2019en mourrai d\u2019envie et que je n\u2019avais que des pommes de terre, du beurre d&rsquo;arachide et une bo\u00eete de thon de disponible ) et c\u2019\u00e9tait bon ; mais m\u00eame si vous souhaitez juste essayer les tripes une fois par curiosit\u00e9 ou que vous soyez pr\u00eats \u00e0 donner aux tripes une seconde chance, je vous recommande alors d&rsquo;essayer ce plat de tripes, soyez aventurier
