Il se sert aussi bien chaud que froid, seul ou avec des sauces ou plats. est \u00e9galement connu comme chipas en Paraguay\/Argentine, pan de queso en Colombie, et Pao de queijo au Br\u00e9sil. Il est fait avec de la farine de yuca\/manioc, du fromage, du beurre et des \u0153ufs. Il fait un d\u00e9licieux hors-d\u2019\u0153uvre chaud, les pains peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019avance quelques minutes au four avant de servir. Une fois refroidi le pain de durcit, mais peut \u00eatre r\u00e9chauff\u00e9 au micro-ondes et de nouveau attendri (pour le petit d\u00e9jeuner le lendemain).
