Il etait en\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0plus facile d&rsquo;aller au march\u00e9 et de les acheter toutes\u00a0pr\u00eates\u00a0et fraichement\u00a0pr\u00e9par\u00e9es. Nous les ramenions \u00e0 la maison et les faisions frire pour le petit dejeuner, le dejeuner ou le\u00a0d\u00eener. Ces empanadas de bananes plantain vertes sont aussi souvent servies dans les caf\u00e9s et restaurants, accompagn\u00e9es de sauce piquante equatorienne appel\u00e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recettes\/1507\/sauce-piquante-equatorienne-aji-criollo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aji criollo<\/a> ou sauce de tomate en arbre (tree tomato aji).<\/p>\n<p>On peut confectionner les empanadas de verde en petit format pour les servir en\u00a0ap\u00e9ritifs\u00a0ou suffisamment gros pour faire un plat principal. Sur un march\u00e9, vous trouverez parfois un choix de fourrages: fromage ou viande. Cette recette se concentre sur le fourrage au fromage. La p\u00e2te peut constituer la partie difficile de la\u00a0pr\u00e9paration, surtout les\u00a0premi\u00e8res\u00a0fois. Avec la pratique cependant, vous y arriverez de mieux en mieux.
