Pero las moras o frambuesas frescas contienen agua que se escapa al hornear el creme brulee &#8211; lo cual hace que formen su propia capa y no se integran completamente con la crema &#8211; esto no cambia el sabor exquisito del postre. Si prefiere una textura m\u00e1s consistente recomiendo usar mermelada de frambuesa en el postre y servirlo con las frambuesas frescas.
