Es hora de ense\u00f1arles nuestros trucos:<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9064-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">El \u00e9xito o el fracaso del alioli se produce en los primeros 10 minutos cuando el aceite de oliva entra en contacto con la yema y el ajo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9064-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Los dos factores que lo hacen funcionar son 1) al principio, mezclar la yema con el aceite de oliva de gota a gota. Si agrega demasiado aceite de inmediato, el alioli no se va a espesar. Puede agregar m\u00e1s aceite, batirlo con m\u00e1s fuerza, lo m\u00e1s probable es que permanezca l\u00edquido y no se logre el espesor deseado. Las primeras gotas de aceite de oliva forman los enlaces qu\u00edmicos iniciales que espesan la salsa y establecen la base para el resto del proceso.
