Tambi\u00e9n quite ciertos ingredientes, antes le pon\u00edan un poco de az\u00facar y tomate, pero el jugo de naranja le da el toque dulce perfecto. Este ceviche vegetariano\/vegano de mango se pone mejor si se lo deja refrigerar por lo menos por unos 30 minutos (una hora es ideal) antes de servirlo. Esto permite que el sabor del juguito pueda marinar bien al mango.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>El ceviche de mango se puede servir con patacones (tostones) o chifles de pl\u00e1tano verde. Otras guarniciones para el ceviche pueden ser totopos o chips de tortilla, canguil (palomitas de ma\u00edz), aguacate, y cebolla curtida adicional. Existe una idea err\u00f3nea de que el ceviche siempre debe tener pescado o mariscos. S\u00ed, los ceviches m\u00e1s populares incluyen esos ingredientes. Sin embargo, en Ecuador se hacen una variedad de ceviches que no llevan productos del mar. Por ejemplo, hay <a title=\"Ceviche de chochos\" href=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recetas\/ceviche-vegetariano-de-chochos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ceviches hechos con chochos<\/a> (un frijol tipo lupini), o con palmito, o con champi\u00f1ones, o pollo (completamente cocinado por supuesto), o br\u00f3coli o coliflor. En la ciudad sure\u00f1a de Macara en la provincia de Loja, incluso hay un ceviche de carne que es t\u00edpico de esa ciudad. Por lo general suelo quitarle las semillas y las venas (usando guantes) y todav\u00eda agregan mucho picante. Para una versi\u00f3n menos picante, se pueden usar chiles fresno rojos, o el aj\u00ed de su preferencia. Tambi\u00e9n se puede usar una mezcla de aj\u00edes diferentes. Recomiendo empezar licuando solo un aj\u00ed o chile picante con el jugo de naranja\/lim\u00f3n, luego pruebe la mezcla y agregue m\u00e1s aj\u00edes a su gusto. Para los que quieren un toque de picante se pueden servir aj\u00edes picaditos para acompa\u00f1ar y agregar al ceviche individual. Otra idea es dividir el ceviche de mango en dos fuentes o tazones y preparar uno sin picante y otro picante.
