Cuando era ni\u00f1a ten\u00edamos algunos \u00e1rboles de granada en la finca \u2013 y con mis hermanos siempre hab\u00eda competencia para ver quien se quedaba con la pr\u00f3xima granada madura. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerdo claramente las veces que yo me encontraba una granada madura, me iba a sentar a un rinc\u00f3n pacifico, ya sea en una piedra cerca del rio o subida en mi \u00e1rbol favorito. Luego abr\u00eda la granada con mucho cuidado, y me com\u00eda cada semilla o grano lentamente, mir\u00e1ndolas y observando lo lindas que eran \u2013 me imaginaba que eran rub\u00edes o piedras preciosas. Esta salsa de granada y naranja tiene esa combinaci\u00f3n de sabores agri-dulce que combina muy bien con el pescado. En nuestra casa nos encanta lo picante as\u00ed que tambi\u00e9n le agregue un poquito de aj\u00ed o chile picado, pero si no le gusta lo picante, entonces puede usar un poquito de pimiento dulce picado o simplemente omitirlo.
