Le agregue un poco de ralladura de lim\u00f3n tanto a la torta como a la crema batida, para darles un liger\u00edsimo sabor a lim\u00f3n. Pero, la verdad es que no me importa que se coman todas las frutillas, porque son muy nutritivas y saludables, as\u00ed que se las pueden comer toditas. El aspecto rustico le va muy bien, y tambi\u00e9n hace que el proceso de montaje sea muy f\u00e1cil. No se preocupe si las capas no le quedan perfectamente uniformes, no se notara luego de agregar las capas de fresas y crema batida. Y claro tambi\u00e9n se puede preparar este pastel sin cortar el bizcocho en capas adicionales. Si prefiere lo puede preparar como un pastel de dos capas. Pero, le recomiendo que intente hacerlo, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil de lo que se ve, y el pastel se ve m\u00e1s impresionante con las 4 capas. Y si durante cualquier momento del proceso, la crema batida se empieza a derretir o ablandar, vuelva a guardar la crema (y el pastel) en la refrigeradora durante unos 15 a 20 minutos. La crema tambi\u00e9n se puede volver a batir durante unos 30 segundos a 1 minuto, o hasta que vuelva a tener la consistencia necesaria. class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-0-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Pre-caliente el horno a 350F.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Engrase 2 moldes redondos para pasteles redondos (de 8 pulgadas\/20 cm), y ponga una base de papel enmantecado en el fondo de cada molde.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Combine los huevos, el az\u00facar, la vainilla y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n en un taz\u00f3n grande. Use una batidora el\u00e9ctrica para batir hasta que se obtenga la mezcla se haya triplicado en volumen y este bien cremosa y con un color amarillo p\u00e1lido, aproximadamente 10 minutos.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Cierna la harina, y utilice una cuchara de madera o metal para agregar suavemente la harina cernida a la mezcla de los huevos batidos. Para mejores resultados agregue la harina de poquito a poco y haga movimientos delicados y envolventes con la cuchara.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vierta la masa del pastel  o bizcocho, en cantidades iguales, en los dos moldes. Luego golpee  suavemente o deje caer (desde una altura baja) a los moldes en la mesa  para eliminar burbujas grandes de aire en el pastel.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Hornee los bizcochos en el horno precalentado durante unos 25 a 30 minutos o hasta que los pasteles est\u00e9n dorados y esponjoso. Los bordes de los bizcochos empezaran a separarse de su respectivo molde.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-0-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Desmolde los pasteles y d\u00e9jelos enfriar completamente. Justo antes de montar el pastel de fresas con crema, coloque cada bizcocho en una superficie plana y usar un cuchillo largo serrado o de serrucho para cortarlos por la mitad en capas horizontales.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para montar el pastel y las capas de fresas con crema:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Ponga la crema o nata liquida para montar en un taz\u00f3n grande. Agregue la miel de abeja, la vainilla y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n. Mezcle ligeramente y pruebe para verificar si el dulzor es de su agrado y ajuste si es necesario. Use una batidora el\u00e9ctrica para batir la crema hasta que la crema tenga una consistencia espesa y se formen picos tiesos. Refrigere la crema batida durante unos 30 minutos antes de usarla.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Para montar las capas del pastel, se puede hacer directamente en la bandeja para el pastel o se puede usar una base redonda de cart\u00f3n &#8211; esto har\u00e1 que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil mover el pastel y pasarlo luego la bandeja para servirlo.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-10365-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Empiece colocando las rodajas de fresas o frutillas en la parte superior de la primera capa de la torta, luego agregue un poco de la crema batida y use una esp\u00e1tula peque\u00f1a para esparcir uniformemente la crema sobre las fresas, y luego a\u00f1ada otra capa de rodajas de fresas.
