Simplemente me encanta la idea de asar algo atravesado con un pincho. Uno de mis lugares favoritos para comer pinchos en mi ciudad de Loja (Ecuador) es La Siembra y preparan pinchos riqu\u00edsimos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Brochetas-de-atun-o-pescado.jpg\" alt=\"Brochetas de atun o pescado\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de regresar a visitar mi ciudad, llevo una lista de todas las cosas que tengo que hacer mientras este all\u00e1. Esta lista suele incluir todas esas cosas nost\u00e1lgicas que extra\u00f1\u00f3, y claro en mi caso la mayor\u00eda tienen que ver con comida. Es m\u00e1s, cuando voy a Ecuador nunca me alcanza el tiempo para completar mi lista, y siempre termino comiendo demasiado con el af\u00e1n de satisfacer los antojos acumulados entre cada visita. La primera parte es un buen adobo o ali\u00f1o, y la segunda parte es una deliciosa salsa para acompa\u00f1ar al pincho. Use at\u00fan fresco, tipo albacora, para esta receta, pero se puede usar cualquier variedad de at\u00fan fresco, o incluso otro tipo de pescado, quedar\u00eda bien con corvina, dorado, salm\u00f3n y m\u00e1s. Quer\u00eda a\u00f1adir una verdura o fruta en la punta de cada pincho, y decid\u00ed usar kumquats, una fruta c\u00edtrica peque\u00f1a con piel comestible. Tambi\u00e9n se puede usar un tomate peque\u00f1o, un pedazo de pi\u00f1a, o lo que usted prefiera o tenga disponible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recetas\/wp-content\/uploads\/Salsa-verde-de-hierbas-y-anchoas.jpg\" alt=\"Salsa verde de hierbas y anchoas\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la salsa verde de hierbas con anchoas, use perejil, cilantro, ar\u00fagula o r\u00facula, tomillo, anchoas, cebolla colorada, ajo, jugo de lim\u00f3n, y aceite de oliva. Pero en esta salsa, gracias a la combinaci\u00f3n de hierbas y los dem\u00e1s ingredientes, su sabor es muy ligero, claro si le encantan las anchoas puede ponerle m\u00e1s para un sabor m\u00e1s fuerte. Esta salsa verde es un excelente acompa\u00f1ante para mariscos, tambi\u00e9n se puede servir con salm\u00f3n asado o con camarones asados. Estos pinchos de at\u00fan se pueden servir como platillo principal o tambi\u00e9n se pueden preparar pinchos peque\u00f1os para servir como entrada o aperitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
