Me di cuenta de que me faltaba compartir mi receta de esta cl\u00e1sica salsa argentina, a pesar de que anteriormente he publicado una receta para la <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"Receta rapida del chimichurri\" href=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recetas\/2012\/04\/24\/chimichurri-facil-y-rapido\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">versi\u00f3n r\u00e1pida del chimichurri<\/span><\/a><\/span> que utiliza albahaca fresca y tambi\u00e9n mi receta del <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a title=\"Receta del chimichurri balsamico\" href=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/recetas\/2012\/04\/24\/chimichurri-balsamico\/\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">chimichurri bals\u00e1mico<\/span><\/a><\/span>, que tiene una mayor proporci\u00f3n de or\u00e9gano y lleva vinagre bals\u00e1mico. El chimichurri argentino se suele preparar con un mortero o picando las hierbas finamente. A veces (como en la receta r\u00e1pida) se puede tomar un atajo al prepararlo en el procesador de alimentos, pero para la receta tradicional es mejor prepararlo a mano.<!--more--><\/p>\n\n<div Durante los meses de verano, les recomiendo prepara el chimichurri con los ingredientes frescos. Me encanta el or\u00e9gano fresco y es tan f\u00e1cil de cultivar \u2013 no importa si tiene una huerta grande o un simple balc\u00f3n con macetas. La cantidad de vinagre que se usa se puede ajustar de acuerdo a su gusto, personalmente solo me gusta un toque ligero de acidez asi que uso solo un poco de vinagre y un poquito de jugo de lim\u00f3n. La salsa chimichurri se suele utilizar para acompa\u00f1ar platos de carne y pollo &#8211; especialmente para los asados o parrilladas. Esta salsa argentina tambi\u00e9n es muy rica simplemente con pedazos de pan tostado o asado, o para acompa\u00f1ar empanadas y verduras (asadas, al vapor, etc), y tambi\u00e9n me encanta usarlo para
