Los juegos donde se pod\u00edan ganar premios de diversas maneras. El que m\u00e1s recuerdo es uno que consist\u00eda en una tabla llena de cajas de chicles y algunos billetes donde uno disparaba con un rifle chueco y se ganaba lo que se pegaba con la flecha que sal\u00eda del rifle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Ahh, la cantidad de dinero que desperdicie en esos juegos para no ganar nada o para ganar alguna tonter\u00eda. Y hasta la mujer semi-desnuda que se met\u00eda a una jaula con una boa, por la noche se desnudaba completamente pero era solo para adultos, realmente no me importaba verla a ella sino que me fascinaba y me asustaba la idea de que pod\u00eda meterse en una jaula con una serpiente, a los que yo les tenia tanto terror, no se tambi\u00e9n quiz\u00e1s ten\u00eda un peque\u00f1a esperanza diab\u00f3lica de que justo cuando lo estaba all\u00ed la boa se la pod\u00eda comer o algo as\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Tambi\u00e9n hab\u00edan muchas cosillas que comprar, me encantaban unos broches y adornos peque\u00f1os hechos de cer\u00e1mica, los ten\u00edan en miles diferentes dibujos: animales, frutas, gente, etc.; al igual hab\u00eda una gran variedad de juguetes, desde los t\u00edpicos juguetes de pl\u00e1stico hasta juguetes de madera como rompecabezas y trompos, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Uno de los componentes cl\u00e1sicos que no pod\u00eda faltar en la feria era la comida: las manzanas cubiertas de caramelo rojo, los deliciosos bocadillos (dulces hechos de panela y man\u00ed), las cocadas, los huevitos chilenos, los helados de paila, miles de chocolates, y por supuesto las carretillas con la deliciosa carne en palito. La carne se sazona con jugo de naranja, aceite, ajo, achiote, comino y sal. Si por alguna raz\u00f3n no puede encontrar la carne ya cortada de esta manera y lo va a cortar usted mismo, recomiendo congelar un poco la carne antes de cortarla, as\u00ed es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil cortarla en lonjas finas. Esta es la primera vez que preparo la carne en palito en casa, he asado muchas carnes a la parrilla, pero nunca se me hab\u00eda ocurrido hacer esta receta, quiz\u00e1s porque ten\u00eda esta idea de que la carne en palito es algo que solamente se come en la calle, pero resulto todo un \u00e9xito.
