En caso de que esto ocurra, puede agregarle un poco de jugo de naranja (agria o regular) o jugo de naranjilla para neutralizar el sabor. Obviamente combinar cerveza con jugo de naranjilla tambi\u00e9n es una excelente opci\u00f3n para hacer el seco de gallina. La cidra (semi-seca y no muy dulce) de manzana me recuerda un poco al sabor de la chicha (una bebida fermentada a base de ma\u00edz) y es una alternativa a la cerveza. Mi receta de seco de pollo es para para 8 a 10 personas, si lo va a preparar para menos personas es recomendable usar la mitad de los ingredientes. El seco de pollo se sirve de rigor con arroz amarillo y platanos maduros fritos. 15 minutos.
