Durante este verano en Ecuador, donde se pueden encontrar maracuy\u00e1s al gusto, decid\u00ed prepararlo nuevamente. Al principio no estaba segura de poder encontrar el queso mascarpone, pero por suerte lo venden en Supermaxi (una cadena de supermercados en Ecuador). Lo tienen en la secci\u00f3n de los quesos especiales, y si no hay se les puede preguntar a alguien que trabaje all\u00ed porque puede tener m\u00e1s almacenadas o guardadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
