El proceso de cocci\u00f3n para la quinoa es muy similar a como se cocina el arroz, pero la quinoa requiere un poco m\u00e1s de l\u00edquido que el arroz para cocerse. Yo siempre trato de comprar la quinoa ya pre-lavada (estar\u00e1 indicado en la etiqueta o paquete), pero si no est\u00e1 pre-lavada, hay que lavar y enjuagarla varias veces, de lo contrario tendr\u00e1 un sabor amargo. La quinua b\u00e1sica preparada en esta receta se puede servir como acompa\u00f1ante o tambi\u00e9n se puede usar en otras recetas, desde ensalada y sopas, o para reemplazar el arroz o
