Se puede usar cayena o chile en polvo para darle un toque picante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aceite: Se usa para dorar las costillas y potenciar el sabor al inicio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cebolla morada: Forma la base sabrosa de la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimientos dulces o pimentones: Aportan dulzor y equilibrio. Una mezcla de pimientos rojos y verdes funciona bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomates: Ayudan a espesar la salsa y aportan acidez natural.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dientes de ajo fresco: Esenciales para un sabor intenso y sabroso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cilantro: Se usa tanto en la salsa como fresco al final para darle un toque de frescura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jugo de naranjilla: \u00a1Tradicional y \u00e1cido! Si no tienes naranjilla, tambi\u00e9n puedes usar jugo de maracuy\u00e1, tamarindo o naranja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cerveza: Le da profundidad al sabor y ayuda a ablandar la carne. Si prefieres algo diferente a las costillas de res, puedes seguir mi receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/laylita.com\/recetas\/seco-de-pollo-ecuatoriano\/\">seco de pollo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/laylita.com\/recetas\/seco-de-chivo\/\">seco de chivo<\/a> o incluso mi receta de <a href=\"https:\/\/laylita.com\/recetas\/sudado-de-pescado-ecuatoriano\/\">sudado de pescado<\/a> si te gusta el pescado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Jugo<\/strong>: Sustituye el jugo de naranjilla por jugo de maracuy\u00e1, tamarindo o naranja. \u00a1Solo necesitas algo con un toque \u00e1cido!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n<\/strong>: Como se cocinan bien a fuego lento, puedes cocinar el seco de costilla de res en la olla de cocci\u00f3n lenta (slow cooker o Instant Pot) a temperatura baja durante unas 8 horas.
