En un primer momento, la pieza a empanizar se pasa por harina de trigo. La harina de trigo absorbe un poco la humedad, y ayuda a que el resto de los ingredientes se fijen mejor. Luego esta pieza enharinada se pasa por huevo batido (preferiblemente con alg\u00fan aderezo), y por \u00faltimo se sella con suficiente pan rallado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora bien, est\u00e1 t\u00e9cnica tiene muchas variaciones, las cuales depender\u00e1n del gusto de cada cocinero. Yo suelo agregar una pizca de sal y pimienta a la harina, al huevo e incluso al pan.
