Su apariencia y modo de preparaci\u00f3n es bastante similar a la de los famosos rollos de canela. Sin embargo, el sabor es muy diferente porque no llevan canela, aunque si llevan especias (an\u00eds, clavo de olor, nuez moscado) . Incluso hay algunos restaurantes emblem\u00e1ticos conocidos por ofrecer tan delicioso postre. En las afueras de Caracas hay un bonito pueblo tur\u00edstico de monta\u00f1a, llamado \u201cEl Junquito\u201d. De camino al Junquito esta el restaurant de golfeados m\u00e1s famoso del pa\u00eds, se llama el \u201cRey del Golfeado\u201d y es una parada casi obligada para todos los turistas. Cuando crec\u00ed, solo com\u00eda los que, hacia mi hermana mayor, ella es docente y repostera profesional, y empez\u00f3 en el mundo de la panader\u00eda como un hobby. Resiliente y luchadora como muchos venezolanos, cuando las cosas se le pusieron dif\u00edciles empez\u00f3 a vender golfeados y rollos de canela para mejorar un poco sus ingresos. Semillas de an\u00eds dulce, y un poco de clavo de olor molido ser\u00e1n suficientes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El queso usado para los golfeados debe ser un queso blanco, seco, con poca humedad y preferiblemente un poco salado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medir, la \u00fanica forma para que todos los golfeados queden del mismo tama\u00f1o es medir la masa. La forma m\u00e1s sencilla de medirla es estirarla sobre una superficie plana, y colocarle una bandeja rectangular liviana encima. Luego se corta al r\u00e1z de los bordes de la bandeja y listo, tendr\u00e1s un rect\u00e1ngulo perfecto para rellenar. Igualmente, al momento de rebanar la masa es imprescindible medirla. Todos los golfeados deben tener el mismo grosor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paciencia. Para obtener una masa m\u00e1s esponjosa hay de que amasarla y dejarla reposando, unas tres a cuatro veces. En ocasiones, con dos amasadas esta bien, pero para golfeados perfectos, hacen falta cuatro rondas de amasado.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
