Lo m\u00e1s importante es utilizar un frasco de vidrio, limpio y seco, con tapa pl\u00e1stica de rosca. Solo introducir cubiertos limpios para servir la salsa de ajo. Si se bate muy r\u00e1pido, o a ritmo poco constante, la emulsi\u00f3n se rompe y se forman grumos en la salsa al separarse las grasas del agua. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si esto llegara a suceder s\u00f3lo debes agregar una yema de huevo adicional a la salsa, y continuar batiendo a ritmo constante. S\u00f3lo quedara una salsa un poco m\u00e1s amarilla. Aunque si no te importa que la salsa sea m\u00e1s cremosa, y menos firme, puedes agregar un huevo entero.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta muchas veces se hace al ojo, porque, en cualquier caso, los
