A maioria das pessoas vai a um restaurante para comer hornado, mas fazem em casa para eventos e festas. \u00c9 uma \u00f3tima refei\u00e7\u00e3o para o Natal\/Ano Novo ou Dia de A\u00e7\u00e3o de Gra\u00e7as se voc\u00ea quiser incorporar o sabor latino \u00e0 sua refei\u00e7\u00e3o. Voc\u00ea vai ter mais se fizer a perna toda; no entanto o ombro tamb\u00e9m tem pele. No Equador, uma das coisas que eles fazem para a pele ficar crocante \u00e9 jogar um pouco de \u00e1gua gelada enquanto est\u00e1 assando, no final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algumas pessoas tamb\u00e9m usam o fogo para queimar a pele at\u00e9 escurecer, e ent\u00e3o usam uma faca para tirar a parte queimada e revelar uma pele crocante deliciosa.
