O processo para fazer esta massa \u00e9 muito parecido ao da massa para assar. A diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 que esta massa n\u00e3o leva ovo, requer um pouco menos de manteiga, mas cont\u00e9m mais fermento e um pouco de suco de laranja.
