Foi dif\u00edcil inventar um nome para essa refei\u00e7\u00e3o; Eu me inspirei no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.laylita.com\/receitas\/728\/arroz-de-mariscos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">arroz de mariscos ou arroz com frutos do mar<\/a>, que \u00e9 uma receita t\u00edpica da costa do Equador. Pode-se dizer que o arroz marinero \u00e9 o primo sul americano da paella espanhola (mas tem outra hist\u00f3ria e outra receita). Voc\u00ea pode consider\u00e1-lo uma varia\u00e7\u00e3o da paella (embora n\u00e3o leve a\u00e7afr\u00e3o, frango ou chouri\u00e7o, que s\u00e3o usados na paella tradicional). Voc\u00ea pode chamar do nome que preferir: Quinoto de frutos do mar (esse nome \u00e9 sexy), paella de quinoa, ou quinoa com frutos do mar; n\u00e3o vai mudar o sabor delicioso que ele
